Meet Our Community Leadership Team
Our Senior Leadership Team is comprised of two key groups: the Gold Group and the Silver Group. The Gold Group forms the core leadership, overseeing crucial areas such as development, server management, finances, and community engagement to ensure the smooth operation and growth of Thames Roleplay. Supporting them, the Silver Group focuses on leading and managing in-game services, reporting directly to the Gold Group and playing a vital role in turning their vision into reality within the community.
